Welcome to Flashprice (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Platform”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flashprice website (flashprice.in), mobile applications, browser extensions, FlashAI assistant, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing our Platform, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Definitions
For clarity, the following terms have specific meanings throughout this Agreement:
- “Platform” — The Flashprice website, mobile apps (Android & iOS), browser extension, and any related digital properties.
- “Member” — Any individual who has completed registration on Flashprice.
- “User” — Any person accessing the Platform, whether registered or not.
- “Retailer” — Any third-party merchant, store, or service provider listed on Flashprice.
- “Qualifying Transaction” — A purchase made through Flashprice that meets all cashback eligibility criteria.
- “Cashback” — The monetary reward credited to a Member’s Flashprice account after a Qualifying Transaction is confirmed.
- “FlashAI” — Flashprice’s AI-powered shopping assistant feature.
- “Services” — All features provided by Flashprice, including price comparison, cashback, coupons, deals, FlashAI, and the browser extension.
Eligibility & Membership
Who Can Use Flashprice
To create an account and use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Maintain and promptly update your contact details, including your email address and mobile number.
One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Flashprice account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit cashback, referral bonuses, or promotional offers is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of pending earnings.
Registration
By registering on Flashprice, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional guidelines we publish. Registration is free, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any registration at our sole discretion.

Flashprice provides the following Services to its Users and Members:
Price Comparison
Our price comparison tool aggregates product prices from multiple Retailers, helping you find the best deals. While we strive to display accurate, real-time pricing, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listed prices. Final pricing is always determined by the Retailer at the time of purchase.
Cashback
Our cashback Service allows registered Members to earn cashback by shopping through Flashprice at participating Retailers. Here’s how it works:
- Browse — Find a Retailer or product on Flashprice.
- Click Through — Use our tracked link to visit the Retailer’s website.
- Purchase — Complete your transaction on the Retailer’s website.
- Earn — Once the Retailer confirms your purchase as a Qualifying Transaction and we receive our commission, we pass the cashback to you.
Coupons & Deals
We aggregate and verify discount codes, promo offers, and exclusive deals from Retailers. These offers are subject to each Retailer’s own terms, availability, and expiry dates.
FlashAI Assistant
FlashAI is our AI-powered shopping assistant that helps you find deals, compare prices, track price history, and get personalized recommendations. FlashAI responses are provided for informational purposes and may not always be perfectly accurate. See the FlashAI & AI Features section below for specific terms.
Browser Extension & Mobile App
Our browser extension and mobile applications provide convenient access to cashback activation, price alerts, and coupon auto-apply features. See the Browser Extension & Mobile App section below for specific terms.
Cashback Terms & Conditions
How Cashback Works
Cashback is earned when you complete a Qualifying Transaction through Flashprice. The cashback amount is a percentage of your purchase value, as displayed on the Platform at the time of your transaction.
What Qualifies as a Qualifying Transaction
A transaction qualifies for cashback only when all of the following conditions are met:
- You click through to the Retailer’s website via a Flashprice tracked link.
- You complete the purchase in the same browsing session without navigating away.
- The Retailer confirms the transaction and pays us our commission.
- You have not used any unauthorized coupon codes that override our affiliate tracking.
- The product or service purchased is eligible for cashback (some categories may be excluded by the Retailer).
- The transaction is not cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Cashback Tracking & Confirmation
- Tracked — Cashback appears as “Pending” in your account within 24–72 hours of purchase.
- Confirmed — Once the Retailer validates the transaction (typically 30–90 days), cashback is marked as “Confirmed.”
- Declined — If the Retailer rejects the transaction, the cashback will be marked as “Declined.”
Important Cashback Disclaimers
- Cashback rates are set by Retailers and may change without prior notice.
- The actual cashback received may differ from the displayed rate due to Retailer-side adjustments.
- Using ad-blockers, VPNs, or certain browser privacy settings may interfere with tracking and prevent cashback from being recorded.
- We are not liable for missing or reduced cashback caused by factors outside our control.
Rewards & Referral Program
Referral Program
Members can earn referral bonuses by inviting friends to join Flashprice. You earn a bonus when your referred friend:
- Successfully registers using your unique referral link or code.
- Completes their first Qualifying Transaction.
- The transaction is confirmed by the Retailer.
Referral Rules
- Referral bonuses are available for genuine, personal referrals only.
- Self-referrals, fake accounts, or referrals obtained through paid advertising, spam, or misleading claims are strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim referral bonuses earned through fraudulent means.
Validity of Earnings
All earnings on Flashprice — including cashback, referral bonuses, and promotional rewards — will expire if you do not log in to your account for a continuous period of 2 (two) years. You must log in at least once every 2 years to keep your earnings active. Expired earnings cannot be recovered or withdrawn.
Your Account
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
- All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
- Notifying us immediately at support@flashprice.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Account Information
You must ensure that all information in your account is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension or termination.
Account Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your account. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Payment & Withdrawals
Minimum Withdrawal Threshold
You may withdraw your confirmed cashback once your account balance reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold of ₹100 (or the threshold specified on the Platform at the time of withdrawal).
Payment Methods
Cashback can be withdrawn via:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — Directly to your linked bank account.
- UPI — To your registered UPI ID.
- Gift Cards — Where available, at enhanced rates.
Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Forfeiture
If your account is closed or terminated — by you or by us — and your confirmed cashback is below the minimum withdrawal threshold, the entire amount will be forfeited.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit cashback, referral, or promotional offers.
- Purchasing items for resale or commercial purposes using Flashprice cashback.
- Running paid advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or any other platform) that direct traffic to Flashprice or use Flashprice’s brand name, trademarks, or logos without our written permission.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
- Manipulating or attempting to manipulate cashback tracking, referral systems, or any other Platform feature.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to us or to Retailers.
- Engaging in any illegal activity through or in connection with the Platform.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform or its software.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and forfeit any pending or confirmed earnings if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have engaged in any prohibited activity.
Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and software on the Flashprice Platform are owned by or licensed to Flashprice and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Your License to Us
By uploading, posting, or submitting any content (such as reviews, feedback, or images) to Flashprice, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with our Services.
User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, ratings, feedback, or other user-generated content on Flashprice:
- You represent that you are the owner of the content or have the right to submit it.
- You agree that your content will not be illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights.
- We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse any user-generated content at our sole discretion.
- We are not responsible for user-generated content and do not endorse any opinions expressed by Users.
Third-Party Links & Retailers
Our Relationship with Retailers
Flashprice acts as an affiliate and intermediary between you and Retailers. We are not a party to any transaction you make with a Retailer. We are not the seller, supplier, or service provider of any goods or services listed on our Platform.
Retailer Responsibilities
All products, services, warranties, returns, refunds, and customer support are the sole responsibility of the respective Retailer. Any disputes regarding purchases must be resolved directly with the Retailer.
Third-Party Links
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
FlashAI & AI Features
Nature of FlashAI
FlashAI is an AI-powered assistant designed to help you shop smarter. It can answer questions about deals, compare prices, track price history, and provide product recommendations.
Limitations
- FlashAI responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only.
- FlashAI may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.
- FlashAI does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or medical advice.
- We are not liable for any decisions you make based on FlashAI’s responses.
Data Usage
FlashAI may process your queries and browsing data to provide personalized responses. All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Browser Extension & Mobile App
Browser Extension
The Flashprice browser extension provides cashback activation alerts, coupon auto-apply, and price comparison features while you shop online.
- The extension only activates on supported Retailer websites.
- It does not collect or transmit your browsing data from non-Retailer websites.
- You can disable or uninstall the extension at any time through your browser settings.
Mobile App
The Flashprice mobile app provides access to all Platform features, including push notifications for deals, cashback tracking, and FlashAI.
- Push notifications can be managed in your device settings.
- The app may request permissions (camera, location, storage) for specific features. You can deny these permissions without affecting core functionality.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Service Provided “As Is”
Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
- Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed ₹5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand) or the total cashback earned by you in the preceding 12 months, whichever is lower.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or Retailer system failures.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flashprice, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use or misuse of our Services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights.
- Any transaction between you and a Retailer.
Communication & Notifications
By using Flashprice, you expressly consent to receive communications from us and our partners through:
- Email — Transactional emails, promotional offers, and account-related notifications.
- SMS — Cashback alerts, deal notifications, and account verification.
- Push Notifications — App and browser extension alerts for deals and cashback.
- WhatsApp — Deal alerts and support communications.
- Phone Calls — Customer support and verification (automated or agent-assisted).
You expressly waive any registration or preference made under the DND/NCPR list under applicable TRAI regulations for these categories of communications.
You can manage your communication preferences in your account settings or by contacting support@flashprice.in.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:
- The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or through the Platform.
- Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations.
Termination
By You
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@flashprice.in. Upon closure:
- Any confirmed cashback above the minimum threshold will be processed for withdrawal.
- Any pending or unconfirmed cashback will be forfeited.
- Any confirmed cashback below the minimum threshold will be forfeited.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms.
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or prohibited activity on your account.
- We are required to do so by law or regulatory order.
- We discontinue the Services (with 30 days’ advance notice).
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — shall continue to apply.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Jurisdiction
You and Flashprice agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms.
Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal complaint or legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@flashprice.in and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving your written complaint.
Grievance Officer
In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Flashprice has appointed the following Grievance Officer:

Note: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information to the Grievance Officer may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Indian law.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flashprice regarding the Services. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment
Flashprice may assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights and obligations hereunder, at any time without your consent. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Independent Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Flashprice.
Language
These Terms are drafted and offered in English only. In case of any discrepancy between an English and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
